Why don't you do as the error message suggests and modify the permissions on the software's registry key? Log on as an administrator run regedit and navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Insight Software Solutions", right-click > permissions then add the user you normally log on as and grant full control.
