I'm sorry. I'm new to the forum and I'm reading the threads. I saw this one and I think I see a problem and, though the thread is stale, I'd like to report what I'm seeing. In the macro there's the line: Mouse Left Click But in the snippit the mouse isn't located on the field. There's mention that if you click on the word doc the macro works. I'm thinking that in the other cases the mouse is, as far as this macro is concerned, randomly located. -dana
