    Interesting I just clicked on the link and it opens for me and takes me right to the video in question, not sure why it does not open for you ?

    There is a video on the MEP web site that demonstrates using controls in general http://www.macros.com/videospro/usingcontrols/usingcontrols.htm and great documentation. Would that help?

    Look at the rest of Alan's site - lots of information on scripting, terminology and macro theory. Would be a must read (or listen to his podcasts as well) in my books. And a fellow Canadian to boot.
