Get Url

Recommended Posts

I would get it from the browser's address field. Something like this should work for IE and Firefox:

Text Type: <ALT>d<ALT>c

You may need a slight delay:

Text Type: <ALT>d
Delay 100 Milliseconds
Text Type: <ALT>c

This should put the url into the clipboard.

If you are using Internet Explorer, you could try something like this:

Get Control %C1% (MSN.com - Microsoft Internet Explorer: Edit)
Mouse Single Left Click on Control %C1%
Clipboard Copy

If you are using another browser, you may have to use a mouse move command to highlight the address in the address bar before copying the information.
