GregChi
Title says it all. Running a macro with mouse locked ignores the setting & goes berserk. I just "upgraded" from win 7 32bit to win10 64 bit (f_G***le forced chrome update). any ideas?? using ME6.6.4.
acantor
I've tried locking keyboard and mouse via Macro Express, but I'm not convinced these instructions do much. Sometimes, the commands seem to become effective when I've inadvertently coded an infinite loop! Perhaps send a code sample of a failure to the folks at Insight Software. I find that they are very responsive to bug reports and requests for features and feature enhancements.
Samrae
Some time ago Microsoft made a change in Windows that prevents Macro Express locking the keyboard or mouse unless Macro Express is running as administrator.

GregChi
Interesting... Is there a simple way to force start ME6 as administrator? I think I found it. Thanks Samrae

Samrae
This article talks about running Macro Express as administrator when Windows starts. How to Run Macro Express as Administrator when Windows Starts I would first try it by manually launching Macro Express as administrator. Terminate Macro Express. Using the start menu find Macro Express Pro 6. Right click and choose Run as Administrator.
