chriz1000
I’m trying to make a macro that copy’s the house number and postcode from a MS Access form, then opens up this website: http://www.postoffice.co.uk/portal/po/addr...requestid=89894 And pastes the house number and postcode into the relative fields. I have done this bit so far, but it’s probably not done in the most efficient way. What I then need to do is copy the returned address results from the website above back into the access form. This is what I’m having problems doing. Any help much appreciated. Chris

kevin
Have you tried something like this? Highlight the result on the web page ("the returned address results") Copy to the clipboard Switch back to Access Move to the correct field in Access Paste Or, if the result (on the web page) consists of more than one value: Highlight part of the result on the web page Copy to the clipboard Copy from the clipboard to a variable (T10) Highlight another part of the result on the web page Copy to the clipboard Copy from the clipboard to another variable (T11) Repeat as necessary Switch back to Access Move to the correct field in Access Text type variable (T10) Move to the next field in Access Text type variable (T11) Repeat as necessary
