How To Get Bold Text

I am a newbie to Macro's and use only for hotkeying text files.

 

Is there a comand string (or ?), that I can use in Direct Editor, to have a line of text print in Bold?

 

If so, can you provide an example?

This depends on the application you are automating. If sending keystrokes to MS Word, for example, you could have your macro type the following:

// Bold
Control Key Down
Text Type: b
Control Key Up
Text Type: the brown cow

How do you physically add this to your macro using Direct Editor?
