Can marco express find a word on a page and tab from it ?

I've a page that has a starting point ,, The word "Mode:" I need macro express to find this word at the start of my Macro so I can start <TAB><arrowdown><tab><tab><tab><paste> etc,, goes on a bit..

 

The main thing is i need it to find my starting work. Possible?

Hey NeVer,

 

I think i had to do something like this a few years back.

 

If i can remember correctly, what i did was use the search function in the Internet Exploer (Ctrl + F). I would have that find the phrase i was looking for and it would be highlighted.

 

The macro then closed the search box (Alt + F4 is what i did) and just hit Tab since the text box i was trying to get to was the next to 'tab' to.

What happened when you tried it?

Try Ctrl+f (note lower case).

Try adding delays using the Delay command.

We are using firefox ( and it has to be FF) and when you ctrl+f and find the word it wont let you tab from the word.

This searches for a field titled 'Email address:' and then tabs to the edit box:

Text Type: <CONTROL>f
Text Type: Email address:
Text Type: <ESC>
Text Type: <TAB>myemail@wintools.com

Try it, using Firefox, on our Request a Feature. The <ESC> closes the Find pane, like monpasdg suggested for IE.
