terrypin
Anyone ever come across behaviour like the following please, or have any thought on its cause? I use a text variable tFolder in a macro. I added this comand: Text Type (Simulate Keystrokes): <HOME>%tFolder%Dated\ // Paste text from clipboard. I ran the macro, during which tFolder took the name of a test folder. But I found that I was unable to delete that folder in XP afterwards. The macro had been saved and both the Script Editor and ME Explorer closed. This happened consistently. The only way to delete it was to first terminate ME Pro. -- Terry, East Grinstead, UK
Cory
I have seen the same problem before but not recently. MEP locks the file or folder. However I have not noticed it in some time and was guessing it had been fixed. Ensure you are running the most recent version and if not test again. If you are you should report this as a bug. terrypin
Thanks Cory. I'm using the latest version, 4.3.0.1. I've now reported it. -- Terry, East Grinstead, UK
