repeat keypress in text type command

Is there a way to create multiple keypresses in text type command. For example lets say I want to press the arrow down key 10 times is there a simpler syntax of writing it so that I dont have to enter the <arrow down> statement ten times but rather just multiply it by 10?

I don't know any way to do it within a single text type command. Would the following work for you?

repeat start (with 10 repeats)

text type <arrow down>

repeat end

[acantor]

In Macro Express, there is no elegant way to do this. There are two choices that I am aware of:

 

1. Cumbersome text type commands,

 

2. Repeat with text type commands (as suggested by the previous poster)
