acantor
I'm trying to understand this MEP command. Does anyone have a code sample to illustrate what it does? It sounds tremendously useful, but I'm not quite grokking it!
rberq
I have never used it. I'm kind of guessing, but it sounds like it is a way to save and reuse a template of the (identical) controls within a number of different windows, without having to re-acquire the controls for each individual window. Grokking??? Are we showing our age here, stranger? 🧐

terrypin
Staying well OT (I too have only a vague understanding of that command) and predating Heinlein by a decade, I bet neither of you recall the source of this snippet from one of my earliest SF reads? Tenser, said the Tensor. Tenser, said the Tensor. Tension, apprehension, And dissension have begun
