Memory/Application Errors via 3.11a install on newly imaged workstations

Hello all:

I am working with our field techs that are installing MEX v3.11a as part of the imaging process on Win10 LTSB workstations.  (Yes, I am aware that they need to upgrade, but that is what they are currently licensed for)

The errors occur after log-off, but after a random amount of time, both Citrix and/or AnyConnect will crash.  One of the Engineering folks ran a log (attached) and is convinced that Macro Express is the primary culprit. If this is the primary culprit, does anyone have any insight on how to resolve?  This is also happening intermittently.  Not all imaged machines are affected.
