  1. Win 10 has a lot of extra KB shortcuts. Can't check it right now but try simply changing the activations of either or both copying and pasting options.

Also, you don't say what browser you're using, but are you sure that too has no shortcut conflicts?

TERRY - I'm using Chrome. Are there shortcut conflicts in Chrome? I'm more of a newbie than an expert so if you don't mind holding my hand through this i'd appreciate it.

Regarding the copy/paste options, I'm not sure how I could change Win10 to copy/paste to 10 clipboards at once. If you have any solutions for that I'm interested.

  2. I have loved the pre-made sample macro umclipboards, which allows me to copy/paste up to 10 items to 10 different "clipboards" by using Ctrl1 Ctrl2 etc to copy and Alt1 Alt2 etc to paste.

I just set-up a new Windows10 machine, and for whatever reason these macros will not function in my browsers. When I use these macro clipboards on any program (word, pdf) the macros work without issues. But when I try copying/pasting with these clipboards with my internet browser nothing happens.

    Your help is appreciated.

  3. I imported a simple clipboard macro, that lets me use

Ctrl-1, Ctrl-2, etc Ctrl-9 as copy keys, and

    Alt-1, Alt-2, etc, Alt-9 as paste keys

I am finding that these macros work great, BUT they dont work all the time!

Example: I'm copying names from a spreadsheet into different forms. I go through my Ctrl-1 to Ctrl-9 and paste them with my Alt-1 to Alt-9.

Problem is, in most cases only about about 6 or 7 of the 9 attempts work. The Alts seem to paste for all, but it's almost as if the Ctrl's only work sometimes.

At first I thought it was me, I was missing some or not hitting the buttons right, but time and time again this happens. It's not a specific one either, just seems like the Ctrl button doesnt always work with macros.

This isnt a program specific thing, regardless when I'm using these macros this happens here and there.

    Any ideas?

  4. I imported some pre-set "clipboard" macros (lets you use ctrl-1, ctrl-2, etc) to copy multiple items to a clipboard.

All of a sudden these keys (and ctrl-C) stop copying to clipboard. Well...sometimes they do, sometimes they dont, sometimes I just need to hit the keys extra hard to work.

It's not the keyboard b/c this happens with the different keyboards I have and tested...it's something with macrs.

    What the heck?
