Several people at our company are getting this EInvalidOp error. It is not consistent and only happens intermittently. There doesn't seem to be any particular macro or identifiable pattern to it. One possibility could be that they are sharing a .mex file from a network share? What happens if one person is running a macro while someone else is updating it? Anyway, this is the report that came out on one person's PC when the issue occured.
