sunilvedula Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 Hi all, i want to create a mutlitple field form where the user inputs data into those fields which will be captured into variables and used later. Right now i am asking each question with one field like e.g: name one popup comes to ask country another pop up instead i want to ask all questions like name, state, country in one form. How do i do that. i have searched thirdparty where i found that but was unable to use even when i embedded that into the macro which i am using. Can anyone help me out!
