On reception of a mail, do a specif launch of program

Following my question from yesterday asking wether it is possible or not to activate a .bat file from Macro Express Pro 6......my question is now to know if it is possible to do it on reception of an email in outlook when you receive a mail with a specific object (for instance : object contains the word : "IMPORT DONE  - YOU CAN GO ON USINGROCEED"

 

I know that some expensive tool as Power Automate allow to do that.....my question is to now if it is possible to do it with Macro Express Pro 6

Use the rules in Outlook. It's easy. You should see them in your Home ribbon.

Thanks Cory Unfortunately I can't find in the actions of the rules available in outlook to activate a .bat file......You have many actions proposed concerning the mail but no action regarding an external .bat script to activate

When you create a macro, choose "Window Title" as the activation:

 

 

You will need to experiment whether the window title is an exact or partial match, and whether the event to activate on is window opened or window gaining focus.
