TsunamiZ
How about add an optional seperate column for favorite commands? So users can access favorites more efficiently.
Cory
You cold also create a menu macro for your users. That's what I did. Slick. You can even use the domain user name to have special menus for each user.
TsunamiZ
how did you do that?
kevin
By 'favorite commands' do you mean favorite macro commands used by the person writing a macro? This ability is already in Macro Express (although not in a separate column). Try this: Â - Open the Scripting Editor - Click Options | Customize Categories. - Click the radio button next to 'Use Custom Categories' - Click the Add button - Enter a name for the favorites. I named mine zz_Favorites so it appears at the bottom of the command categories list. - Choose an icon and click the OK button. - Highlight the commands you want to appear in this category. - Click OK. Cory
Variable Set From Misc has an option to set a string variable to "username" THis is the users login. Very handy if you use a domain controlled network too since usernames have to be unique. I use it with a Case command or an IF.
